Our pricing is based on a "Shipping Fee Included" condition, meaning the actual international shipping cost to deliver the product to you is initially covered by the seller. Due to the high costs associated with international freight, our return policy is as follows:

Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. All returns must be sent prepaid.

Refund Deduction Warning: Your final refund will be the original purchase price minus the actual international shipping cost that the seller initially incurred to send the item to you.

  • Carrier: All orders are shipped from South Korea using reliable express carriers, UPS or DHL.

3. Tracking and Notification

4. Customs and Duties (Customs Clearance)

  • Customer Cooperation Required: The customer is responsible for cooperating with local authorities and the carrier by submitting any necessary information or documents required for customs clearance in the destination country.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. Any duties, taxes, or import charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping: Should you wish to return or exchange your product, the item must be shipped back to LightSKIN prepaid (at your own expense).

Refund Calculation: Your refund amount will be the original product price minus the actual international shipping cost that was incurred when the order was first dispatched to you. The minimal shipping fee you paid at checkout does not cover the true cost.

In the S311E version, the light is powered via a cable connected to an external power source (e-bike’s battery).
StVZO version available in Germany, light will be always on mode when turn on the light thru e-bike computer. S311E has the top two lenses protrude, a side view is always provided for safety. The StVZO version restricts the minimum insertion position so that the mechanical stopper does not go down any further as the top three lenses must always be exposed.

The seatpost tube features 5 holes in which the LEDs are enclosed. A cable with a connector extends out of the lower end of the seatpost tube for connection to the electrical system of the e-bike.

The seatpost tube features 5 holes in which the LEDs are enclosed.    

S311’s USB 2.0 charging port is in the lower section of the seat rail clamp.

The port is accessible from the outside and can be closed using a transparent silicone cover.

Cable

S311E or S311D’s cable with a connector extends out of the lower end of the seatpost tube for connection to the electrical system of the e-bike or the bicycle dynamo.

ASSEMBLY

Use the correct diameter corresponding to your bicycle frame. Use the appropriate tool to fasten the saddle support. The minimum insertion length into the frame is 100mm. The rear light must be aligned so that it shines backward. The connector of built-in light seatpost and the connector of power source should be compatible, which must be ascertained before the purchase of the product.

Safety instructions

At startup, the product must be dry. Remove any moisture before riding. After installation, test that the seatpost does not drop under load. Take care that the LEDs are not covered by a bag or clothing when riding. Do not make any independent changes to the product. Do not try to open the product.
